I care deeply about the way we all eat, move, sleep, think and engage with the world we live in and how we can be our most vibrant, energetic selves!
I grew up in the small town of The Dalles, Oregon and began dancing at the age of four .... and have never stopped:)
I spent my 20’s studying, working and dancing in Europe. I studied at the Sorbonne in Paris, France for two years before relocating to The Hague, The Netherlands for several years. It was a profound, life-changing experience in my life and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to immerse myself in different cultures, learn new languages and meet so many wonderful people along the way.
A professional modern dancer for decades, I am continuously exploring the intersection of embodiment and somatic practices — I am currently completing Teacher Training certification in The Non-Linear Movement Method® with Michaela Boehm and in early May 2026 will become a facilitator/teacher of NLMM. A practicing and dedicated yoga practitioner, and devotee of Pilates, I became a certified STOTT Pilates Instructor (2004) and Yoga Instructor (2006). In 2006 I opened a Pilates studio in Seattle and created a thriving space where people could move their bodies and also begin to heal their bodies on a deeper level by learning about their own nutritional needs.
In 2009, I became a certified Functional Nutritional Therapist through the Nutritional Therapy Association. I completed a rigorous education program focusing on the foundations of health: Digestion, Blood Sugar, Hormones, Essential Fatty Acids, Hydration, and Vitamins and Minerals.
An ever-curious spirit and life-long learner, I continue to expand my knowledge of nutrition, movement, personal development and spiritual growth by taking classes, attending workshops, seminars and conferences with experts in these fields.
